  12.  If you do not have it in your Windows\System directory it is available
  13.  for download from your BBS or Internet as VB40032.ZIP

  17.  To automatically expand and install Universal Mortgage System 95 files.

  19.  Double Click on Setup.Exe

  21.  The setup program will run and propose a directory in which to put the
  22.  files, if you wish to name your own directory click Change, after
  23.  specifying the drive and directory the files will be installed.
